1. Complimentary Insured Delivery

TAIAT offers complimentary signature-required, fully insured shipping on all orders exceeding $500. Every acquisition is handled with the utmost care, fully packaged in our signature luxury presentation box and placed inside discrete outer container sleeves to ensure security and privacy.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriage Times

We partner with premium global carriers to deliver your items safely. Delivery times commence from the moment the order is dispatched:

• Standard Insured Carriage (US Domestic): 3 to 5 business days. Complimentary for all orders over $250.
• Expedited Priority Delivery: 1 to 2 business days. Calculated at checkout based on destination.
• International Fine Transport: 5 to 10 business days. Subject to custom processing delays. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking & Signature Requirement

A shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link will be transmitted as soon as the package leaves our atelier. Due to the high value of TAIAT timepieces, fragrances, and couture items, all shipments require a physical signature upon arrival. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original luxury packaging within 14 days of delivery. Fine timepieces must have all original protective tags, stickers, and box sleeves intact. For safety and hygiene regulations, artisanal fragrances are only eligible for return if the outer protective cellophane wrapping remains unopened and sealed.
